The foundation
conducts the courses consisting of a single
disciplines or multi disciplines in the

High Altitude treks in Himalayas.
Foundation Organizes Special Adventure Courses
for groups exceeding 50 candidates. Dates
Suitable and Convenient to the group members are
finalized. One group was sent by the Indian
School of Muscat(OMAN) one teacher/organizer is
trained free in on group of 25 members.
Duration:
At Present Foundation Conducts Four types of
courses:
a) Short Adventure Courses : 4 days
Covering:
1) Water Sports : Kayaking, Rafting.
2) Rock Craft : Climbing, Rappelling, Trekking,
Valley Crossing, Map Reading.
b) Multi Adventure Courses : 7 days
(in winter Oct/Nov and Summer April/May every
year)
Covering:
Aero Sports, Water Sports and Mountain Sports as
mentioned above.
These courses are structured to give basic
exposure, to the beginners, in these new sports.
Age :- 12 to 20 years.
The main aim of this course is to give exposure
new activities. This courses includes
parasailing, Kayaking, inflated Boating,
Rafting, Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Jummaring,
River Crossing and Trekking. Parasailing is
another exciting Aero Sport, Parachute is towed
by a jeep against wind, giving it a flying.
Kayaking is a water sport.
A sleek one man fiberglass boat gives joy of
sailing of on water. Foundation has also got
Rubber inflatable Boat which provided a unique
experience of boating with the help of Aero,
Rock climbing is done at Anjaneri Hill, Pandav
Leni, Multi adventure Course is of Seven days.
Foundation has experienced & trained Staff
Modern equipment to conduct these activities.
Adventure Activates
Parasailing, Rappelling, Rock Climbing,
Trekking, Valley-Crossing, Kayaking, Rating, Air
Gun Shooting.
For both Sex ( Special batch for girls)
Seat limit min. 30 Seats. Max. 60 Seats (per
batch)
c) One day Trek B A F Conducts:
One day teaks in mansoon season to vani,
Kalsubai, Brahmagiri, and Dugarwadi Falls.
Trimbakeshwar, Parikrama (round) on: all
Shravani Sundays.
Age
Limits
Age limit for
short and long adventure courses is form 12 to
20 years. Age limit for paragliding courses is
from 15 to 35 years. The age limit could be
relaxed depending on Physical fitness on case to
case basis. Decision in this respect is taken by
the Coordinator.
Physical Fitness
During all
adventure courses candidates are required to do
field activities for about 8 to 12 hours a day.
The training Schedule generally vary hetic. The
candidates are also given sufficient time for
rest during training and at night.
A candidate must be physically fit. They advised
to keep him/her self physically fit by regular
exercises, long walks and jogging in order to
build adequate stamina and tone up muscles for
physical activities. Smoking and alcoholic
drinks are banned. Candidate above 80 kg. Weight
will not to be given admission to any of our
course.
(candidate below 40 kgs weight cannot
participate in parasailing for technical
reasons)

Application Form
Application form duly filled to be forwarded to
the coordinator, Bhonsala Adventure Foundation
accompanied by the demand draft or cash of
nominated amount course fee. The application
form should be filled in details please ensure
that pin code and name of the district is
available written in the address.
Medical
Certificate
Medical Certificate should be signed and stamped
by recognized medical practitioner, who should
be M. B. B. S. and will indicate his/her Health
& Fitness required for Adventure Activities.
Indemnity bond
Each candidate and candidates parents / guardian
must sign the indemnity bond without which
candidate will not be allowed to attend camp.

documents are attached at Appendix: A and B
Candidate must complete all the forms in detail
and dispatch to the coordinator Adventure
Foundation so as to teach on or before the date
mentioned in appendix C incomplete forms and
Photocopies will not be entertained Admission
are done strictly on First Come First Serve
basis. Late entries wont be entertained. After
scrutiny candidates will be informed about their
selection/rejection by post/telephone.
Fees:
Fees will be paid by means of Demand Draft drawn
in favour of "Bhonsala Adventure Foundation
payable at Nashik." Drfts of nationalized and
scheduled bankwill be accepted in cash also. The
draft along with the application forms will be
dispatched so as reach on or before the least
date shown in appendix C of the admission se on
first come first serve basis.
The following
places its high training, within the reach of
any healthy young man or women at affordable
rates. The fees are to be paid for the courses
are shown in the Appendix C The amount includes
lodging, boarding , transportation during the
course Equipment and training expenses.
(Traveling charges between your town and nashik
(to and from) will be borne by candidate)
Refund:
1. Fees once paid are not refundable unless the
course is totally called off before the
commencement by the Foundation.
2. No refund will be admissible in case the
course is called off, after commencement owing
to the reasons beyond Foundation (BAF) Control.
3. Adjustment of fees against future courses
will be considered on merit.
4. Fees will be refunded only if the admission
is rejected.
5. Decision of the Secretary in this respect
will final.
6. Candidate failing ill after commencement of
course will not get refund of fees.
Arrival:
For date and time of reporting please see
Appendix C first day on 10.30 to 12 a.m.
Departure last day after 4.30p.m.
Discipline
Adventure being a high risk sport strict
discipline will be observed. The Coordinator of
the foundation reserves the right of expelling a
candidate from the course for misconduct or
breach of discipline. Punctuality will be
strictly adhered to adventure courses entails
substantial physical work including carriage of
carriage of equipment, establishment of camp
etc. Trainees found arguing with the instructor
will be dealt with strictly.
Meals
All meals(Pure Veg.) including morning tea &
Breakfast will be provided under the arrangement
of the BAF No Coff, Milk and non-veg/eggs will
be provided in any case.
Loss/Damage to the training equipment
Student will be required to pay in full the cost
of training equipment or clothing lost or
damaged due to misuse or negligence. After
completion of the course a Clearance Certificate
will be obtained from the respective foundation
Charges for the loss or damage will be paid in
cash by student prior to their departure from
the course.
Valuables
The Bhonsala Adventure Foundation Authorities
will not be responsible for valuable if brought
and stolen during the course. The candidates are
advised to desist from bringing Valuables or
system is most essential Mobiles – mobile or
cell phone are strictky prohibited.
Escorts
There is no arrangement for boarding and lodging
for the escorts accompanying the trainees. The
escorts should make their own arrangements for
their stay in the town.
Medical
Aid
Although all reasonable precaution are taken
chances of injury or accident can not be ruled
out. In the event of any accident or injury
during training the Foundation does not hold it
self responsible for it. First aid and immediate
evacuation to the nearest medical center or
hospital is arranged. Foundation has its own
well equipped Ambulance to take care of this.
Any expenses incurred on Accident to treatment
and medicines will be borne by candidate.

Special Notes...
- Base camp
is established away from the city. No
communication facility is available at base
camp except through Bhonsala Adventure
Foundation office. Trainees may be required
to go our for toilet.
- Parents or
guests of trainee will not allowed to
disturb the trainees during training and
camp-life.
The

Multi Adventure Course:

session of Rock Climbing.

session for Trekking.
- One
session for Water Sports.
- One
session of Parasailing.
- One
session each of valley Crossing and
Jummaring.
- One day
for Lecture and allied subject.
- Aero
sports are depend on wind and weather
conditions.
- We always
try to provide good and substantial
vegetarian food to the students. All the
trainees and their parents should take note
of the above.
- The
trainees are expected to roughout during
training and thus they wont be provided home
comforts. Some basic level of hygiene will
be maintained, however the concept of
camplife or outdoor life must be well
understood by the student and parents as
well we except cooperation from all
concerned in this respect.
