“ Admission is open for boys to class V every year. Admission to higher classes are given only if vacancies exist and are filled up as per the decision of the school management. Admission is open for all eligible candidates irrespective of caste, creed or religion. For admission to class V, the candidate should be between 9 to 10 yrs. of age as on 1st July and should have passed class IV, preferably from an English medium school. Prospectus, including application form, will be supplied from the school counter on payment of Rs. 250/- in cash or demand Draft drawn in favour of Bhonsala Military School, Nashik (Only Nationalized Bank Demand Draft Will be accept) . or amount may be deposited in any branch of
on the attached challan.
· For Junior College (Class XI ) admission will be finalised within 3 days of announcement of SSC result (Class X ) by Maharashtra State Board.

Note: - Incomplete forms or forms without requisite attachments will be rejected.
- Xerox copy of mark list of (std. IV) or previous class.
- Xerox copy of progress report up to the last terminal exam of current year.
- Character certificate.
- A medical fitness certificate should also be sent along with the application form.
- A sum of Rs. 500/- by Cash / DD in favour of Bhonsala Military School, Nashik to be paid towards Registration and Entrance exam fees.
Entrance Exam [ Top ]
Entrance exam is held in March / April and admissions are strictly on merit. Result of Entrance exam list is displayed by school authorities. Use of influence for admission will be treated as a disqualification. Candidate has to qualify in the Entrance Test in English or Marathi or Hindi. Subjects for the entrance test shall be Language, Maths, Reasoning Ability, Science and General Knowledge. Candidates qualifying the Written Test will have to undergo Physical and Medical Test followed by Personal Interview. Interview is conducted to ascertain candidate’s confidence, general awareness, adjustability, sociability etc. Written test will be appropriate to the standard to which the admission is sought.
Candidates are admitted provisionally. In case full fees are not paid within 7 days by any of the provisionally admitted candidates, the seat is forfeited and admission is offered to students on the waiting list.

Note - The school fee is for the entire academic year. No students will be allowed to appear for the final examination, unless all dues for the session have been cleared. Accounts of expenditure of any fees will not be provided.
Withdrawal [ Top ]
On Own Request:- Withdrawal of students is not permitted before completion of class XII. In case parents still wish to withdraw their child for any reason a written request is to be made by registered post at least one month in advance. In any case, complete fees for the current year will be payable and security deposits and caution money will be returned. However, the withdrawal will be as per Government Rules.
On Disciplinary Grounds:- Being a Military School, great stress is laid on discipline. The school authorities have a right to expel / ask for withdrawal of a student in case he :-
Fails to maintain school discipline and his influence is considered damaging for the other students.
Fails in the same class for two successive years.
Leaves the school premises without proper permission.
Is caught for examination malpractices.
Is considered unable to adjust to the routine of the school.
In any case, complete fees for the current year will be payable and security deposits and caution money will be forfeited.
Medical Grounds:- Students may be withdrawn from the school in case he is found to be medically or physically unfit to undergo the tough school routine. Students may also be withdrawn from the school in case his sickness is likely to have harmful effect on other students. No deposits shall be refundable in such cases.
Note: · Admission test along with Physical & Medical Test & Personal Interview will be conducted during Ist. week of May.
· The written test will be appropriate to the standard to which admission is sought. Old question papers are not supplied by the school.
· The interview is conducted to ascertain the general boldness, confidence, general awareness, sociability, etc.
· Academic year commences on second Monday of June every year.
· At the junior college level, the school is having English medium only. English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Information Technology and Biology or Defense-studies are optional subjects offered in the school.
For the Junior College (class XI) the admission will be finalized within 4 days of announcement of SSC (class X) results of the Maharashtra Board.
· The students from the other States/Boards will have to submit Leaving Certificate duly countersigned by the District Educational Officer. A Migration Certificate, if required, will also have to be submitted.
· The students seeking admission to class XI belonging to the other States/Boards will have to obtain a clearance certificate from the Maharashtra State Education Department/Board.
· Normally the students are admitted only at the beginning of the academic year i.e. June. The students will be permitted to join the school only when the fee and other charges as laid down, have been paid fully in advance.
Note: The school leaving certificate from the previous school should be obtained only after admission to this school has been confirmed by us in writing.
